I met a very nice couple that are big fans of “Oh What a Night”. They have been to see the show many times, and we spoke with them after one of our performances in Laughlin, as well as two of our performances in Summerlin. The gentleman is quite the photographer. He took some great shots of the show, and brought each of us a disk containing the best shots from the Laughlin performance they attended. He agreed to let me post some of them online. I wanted to make sure he gets credit for the great photos. His name is Jeff Kreider.

Hi Kiddo,
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope the day finds you warm, happy and home. Jeff went to your website this morning to see if you actually could use any of the pictures, and had time to post them yet. They look wonderful!
You certainly have a lot of irons in the fire. And interesting projects at that. I had a giggle this last week when I finally had time to sit and really read the program from Summerlin. As I recall, I said something to the effect that “You’ve got the pipes.” Turns out you really do! How on earth did you and bagpipes find each other? I think it’s fun. Have you heard of a lovely lady named Bonnie Rideout? She does the most incredible Christmas show called “A Scottish Christmas.” The music is mostly traditional old songs; bagpipes included. It’s a lovely treat at the holidays. We finally were able to meet her 3 or 4 years ago. Delightful. I’m sure you’d enjoy the show.
Speaking of shows, I’m already having withdrawls. No O.W.A.N. for a while. Sad!
Jeff will probably want to say howdy, so I’m off. Thank you for the kind words…Hope to see you in the new year!
Nancy

Hey Blake,
Howdy,
Jeff
P.S.
Seriously, you made a great selection of the photos. They look really nice on your site. Thank you for your kind thoughts.

Hi Nancy! Hi Jeff!
Thanks for your comments! Hope you both had a great Thanksgiving! Yes, the photos look fantastic. Jeff, you took some great shots! Thanks again.
Bagpipes were a random occurrence in my life. I started taking lessons from a friend in college, then just got into it from there. If you’re curious, there is a bit more info about it on the Music page of my website. And yes, I have definitely heard of Bonnie Rideout. She is a respected name in the industry for sure. She is quite a talent.
Thanks again for your support, and for the great photos. I’ll see you next time!
Blake
